NL6820 - Regal white 6mm faux pearl choker with a silver heart with Swarovski diamond drop focal point. The necklace continues on to each nipple with smaller 4mm pearls and accenting nipple danglies.

The nipple chain can be removed and you can wear this simply as a necklace.

1) Measure neck as you would for a choker necklace Put that measurement in the #1 box. (13 to 15 inches.)

2) Measure from the top of the choker necklace to mid point between the nipples.

3) Measure nipple to nipple.

Choose your size. I will add a 4 inch extension chain to add some wiggle room and to leave a nice beaded drop. This way the belly chain can sit high on your waist or you can adjust it to sit lower on the hips.
