and our sister sites "NippleBling" and "JewelryByTaz"
are highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the
protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In
acknowledgment of its obligations, “BodyJewelryByTazzie”,
"NippleBling" and
"JewelryByTaz"
have adopted the
following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires
in the course of its business:

Acquisition of Information.
We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law
or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and
securely.

Our Employees and Privacy.
We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access
to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform
their jobs.

Security Measures.
We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural
and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands
of customer service.

Disclosure to Third Parties.
We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third
parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental
authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary
to process transactions and provide our services.

Privacy and Our Business
Partners. When
we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not
share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will
make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they
use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy
Policy.

Shipments.
All orders are shipped in plain envelopes with the return address of simply
"NB.com, 9421 Jamaica Beach, Galveston, TX, 77554.

Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can ship your item back to us
within 7 days of receipt with
a small note to explain why you are unhappy (piercing or intimate jewelry
can not be returned). We will be happy to exchange your
item for another item in our online store (which is listed at the same price
or less.) or issue a refund less shipping costs. Please email us first before

- Please
ship your item via USPS first class mail to: NB.com 9421 Jamaica Beach, Galveston
TX 77554. We do not accept returns by any other shipping method.
- You
will be refunded less (a minimum of ) $4.00 for shipping costs or actual shipping
(if your item was shipped other way rather than "Free shipping.")
- We do
not refund shipping cost for items which are returned to us.
- International Shipments:
Buyer is responsible for paying for their own country's customs charges and
we do not mark the "customs declaration" as "gift." Please do not ask us to
be dishonest with the United States Post Office. We declare the actual cost
of the jewelry which does not include shipping costs.
- When you choose the "USA
Free Shipping" it will be shipped via USPS (United States Parcel Service) first
class with shipping confirmation included. We do this in honor of all of our
troops who are serving our country. We have 2 sons who have served and we offer
this in their honor too. Sorry, we cannot offer this option to international
destinations.
- International orders will
have a small shipping fee of $6.00 and shipped via USPS first class mail. If
you do not choose a shipping option which does not include a tracking number,
no tracking will be available. We strongly suggest that you choose a shipping
option that includes tracking if you want that service.
- We cannot be responsible
for items once we give them to the shipper but we do include shipping confirmation
with US destinations.
- Normal shipping time will
be 3 to 5 business days for US destinations.
- International shipping will
be 10 to 15 business days, depending on your country's customs process.
- We no longer ship to Mexico.
Please make other arrangements to a US destination if you live in Mexico.
- Most items are in stock
but in the case of special made or custom sized orders it may take me a day
or two to complete your order.
- In most cases, items are
shipped the following business day. (except for special orders which takes 2
to 3 days to make.)
- If an item is out of stock,
I will email you and offer a suggestion for a similar item which is in stock
or...
- If an item is no longer
available, I will email you and let you know. Your invoice will be adjusted
and your total will be less the price of the out of stock item.
- If an item is out of stock
and I can order it from a trusted supplier.. shipping may be a week for delivery
and I can make your item at that time. Shipping to you will be ASAP!
