NL6388 - Pastel baby blue faux pearl choker necklace measures 13 to 15 inches inches with a 4 inch extension chain. Nipplace attachment can be removed and you can wear this simply as a necklace. Comes with accenting earrings for pierced ears. (Not shown)

1) Measure neck as you would for a 13 to 15 inch necklace Put that measurement in the #1box. (Enter "14" in the box)

2) Measure from the top of the choker necklace to mid point between the nipples.

3) Measure nipple to nipple.

4) Measure from where the necklace lays the top of the breast bone to clit area.

Average distance for clit chain attachment is 22 to 26 inches. Any longer than that please email for prices. I do add a little extra for wiggle room
