NL5413 - Semi-precious pillow shaped genuine garnets form the choker surrounded by diamond ice Swarovski crystals andd sterling silver rondelles. The focal point is a large 10mm garnet with a sterling silver 4 inch chain tassel. The nipple chain can be removed and you can wear this just as a choker necklace.
