TCS&I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
Stated simply, this means that if you don't specify a shipping method that will insure the package and allow us to track the shipment we can't be responsible for lost shipments. These methods are:

U.S. Post Office International Global Express MailIf you have not chosen one of the above shipping methods for your international order we will not issue you a refund nor will we resend your item(s) in the event your shipment is lost.
When you request shipping to international locations or special shipping your confirmation invoice may reflect a higher charge than will actually appear on your credit card. We don't actually charge your card until we ship your order and will adjust your shipping charges when we ship your order. WE CANNOT ADJUST YOUR CHARGES HIGHER THAN WHAT APPEARS ON YOUR INVOICE, so your confirmation invoice reflects the absolute maximum that you will pay for shipping, and in most cases this will be lower.
