Shipping Information

All orders shipped to destinations within the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped via U.S.P.S First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and...

...unless "Special Shipping" is requested.

So please, when you check out make sure you have selected the appropriate shipping method, "USA Free" if you want to take advantage of our Free Shipping offer.

TCS&I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. 
Stated simply, this means that if you don't specify a shipping method that will insure the package and allow us to track the shipment we can't be responsible for lost shipments.  These methods are:
Any UPS shipment
U.S. Post Office International Global Express Mail

If you have not chosen one of the above shipping methods for your international order we will not issue you a refund nor will we resend your item(s) in the event your shipment is lost.

When you request shipping to international locations or special shipping your confirmation invoice may reflect a higher charge than will actually appear on your credit card.  We don't actually charge your card until we ship your order and will adjust your shipping charges when we ship your order.  WE CANNOT ADJUST YOUR CHARGES HIGHER THAN WHAT APPEARS ON YOUR INVOICE, so your confirmation invoice reflects the absolute maximum that you will pay for shipping, and in most cases this will be lower.

"Yea," you say...  "You pay for it somehow anyway".  While this may be true to an extent, we HATE it when we see companies charging all that money for shipping.  We know it doesn't cost that much to mail things, and we don't need to be making money on "Shipping And Handling" charges.  We want to keep our products affordable to our customers.  We want you to judge us on the quality of our products and on our service, not leave you with the feeling that you've been gouged on shipping.

Most orders are shipped the day we receive them, but unfortunately, due to high demand some orders may not ship for up to 3 weeks.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we really do strive to keep our customers happy, and returning!  We welcome any criticism, complaints, other bitches, or even positive comments you may have for us... We're trying...
